I’m Ayaanle Ali. In 2022, I proudly graduated from Mogadishu University with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work. After crossing that milestone, I interned for two months at RAAGSAN Consulting as a Field Research Assistant Intern.
As I reflect on my internship journey, I attribute my success to the guidance of Allah. The support I received throughout this experience, from beginning to end, was indeed a blessing. I also extend my heartfelt appreciation to the remarkable individuals and seasoned professionals I had the privilege to meet and learn from. Their mentorship has undoubtedly paved the way for a smoother transition into the labour market.
The internship at RAAGSAN Consulting has been invaluable as I’ve cultivated a multitude of skills, actively engaging in field research, report writing, composing insightful case studies, and developing thought-provoking blog posts. This immersive experience has been crucial in redefining my career aspirations and driving me toward my desired future.
As I look ahead, I eagerly anticipate applying the skills and knowledge I’ve acquired to carve a path toward my future career achievements.
